Wakana Kato is a human rights activist and MSc Candidate in Media Practice for Development and Social Change at the University of Sussex. She is From Japan but has spent significant time living, working, and studying in France, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. She is interested in issues surrounding feminism, media activism, minority rights, and discrimination.
